This deliverable provides an initial summary of the user engagement activities conducted during the first 12 months of the project. This includes: a description of the purpose of user engagement within the project; description of the target audience; activities conducted to assess the user needs; activities related to the co-development of the visualisations of the intelligent services; interaction with stakeholders in relevant events; and upcoming activities. This deliverable will be updated in M27 and M42.
