This deliverable is focused on the definition of the use cases that will be needed in the VITIGEOSS application to offer the best user experience to grape-growers community on using intelligent services for weather and climate, phenology, key crop indicators, disease management and business and sustainability. A User Centred Design (UCD) approach covering the whole project duration has been designed and presented to address this objective. At the time of writing this deliverable, it has been partially implemented getting initial and continuous feedback from the end-users involved in the project as partners. The current implementation has raised different maturities on the intelligent services which has allowed to adapt the implementation strategies for each service to achieve a good engagement. Semantic interoperability has been put in place from the beginning to clarify concepts and relations between them and inspecting and proposing the adoption of common data models and standards on each technical topic developed.
