This document builds on the VITIGEOSS Portal architecture introduced in the proposal downs to its main components: API Service Store and VITIGEOSS application. For each component its functionality is described. A proof-of-concept development plan is provided for the aforementioned elements including an example of the API service store along with the suite of features supporting the VITIGEOSS application. A deployment schedule is proposed based on the tasks, deliverables and milestones defined for the VITIGEOSS Portal. And a test scheme is introduced to validate the intelligent services and deployment of the VITIGEOSS application.
